SBM Développement declines all responsibility for the efficiency of the micro granules soil insecticide products registered, manufactured and distributed by SBM Développement or its subsidiaries (the « SBM Micro Granules »), requiring the use of the QDC-DXP® diffuser, in the following cases:
– If the application of the SBM Micro Granules is carried out with non-recommended materials or if the assembly of the QDC-DXP® diffuser or the settings do not comply with the technical prescriptions provided by the company.
– If the SBM Micro Granules are not applied with the specially designed QDC-DXP® diffuser or if the application is carried out without the diffuser.
As the QDC-DXP® diffuser has been specifically designed for the application of SBM Micro Granules, SBM Développement declines all responsibility for the use of the QDC-DXP® diffuser for the application of products other than SBM Micro Granules.
